Company Overview

Our company was founded in 1995. We released our first DVD title (which also happened to be the first DVD in Russia) in 1997. Presently the company is a leader in production and distribution of feature films and entertainment programs on DVD in Russia and C.I.S countries. We have partnership with many film distribution companies in the world and in Russia.

In 2005 Discovery Corporation has chosen Twister Digital Video as an exclusive Licensee in the territory of C.I.S., who will release Discovery Channel, Animal Planet, Travel and Living, Home and Health programs on DVD. Our company acts as a Buyer in the European Film Market, Cannes International Film Market, and American Film Market.

Our company is currently launching a Film distribution department. As our first step we have selected ten titles which will be released in theatres. We will release six titles until the end of 2006. Also, we are planning to release at least one film a month in 2007.

Distribution

We have developed a strong distribution network: with a complete coverage of both Russia and C.I.S, we sell up to 1 500 000 DVDs each month. Our representatives work in each Russian city with the population above one million.

PR and Advertising

Twister Digital Video uses advertisements, mass-media, promotional events held in cooperation with other companies and its partners, at the dealers' points of sales. Our company takes an active part in industry shows in Moscow and other regions.

We carry out an active PR-policy to inform and educate our customers about our products and keep a high profile in the media. Publications about our company and its products appear every month in the industry's leading magazines. Our major releases get coverage from national press.

We provide retail outlets with promo-materials and develop product promotions on a monthly basis. We advertise in newspapers and magazines as well as in the Internet and Radio Stations and TV-shows covering DVD-related issues.
